I have represented clients buying, selling or leasing their residential and commercial real estate. Buying and selling a home can be exciting and stressful at the same time, and I will guide you through the process, from contract review to finance questions to closing the transaction.

Finding Solutions Through Mediation
Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is an alternate option to litigation or a judge deciding your case. ADR includes mediation, collaborative practice and out-of-court negotiations and settlements. A majority of my practice is dedicated to these alternative methods of resolution to reach a fair agreement.
My job as a mediator is to help you reach a fair agreement by gathering information, listening to your concerns, facilitating communication and finding common ground within which to solve the problem. I truly believe that anything can be mediated. An initial consultation for mediation is free.
moving forward doesn't have to be financially and emotionally devasting
